In response to increasingly strict environmental regulations and the demands of high-end manufacturing, Dongji Intelligent has taken the lead in using water-based coatings and powder coatings to replace traditional solvent-based coatings. Combined with an RTO regenerative thermal oxidation device for waste gas treatment, it has reduced volatile organic compound emissions by more than 90%. This green process system has been successfully applied to the surface treatment of products such as BYD's new energy equipment enclosures and Verkada's security cabinets. It has passed rigorous verifications including salt spray tests and high-low temperature cycle tests, and the coating weather resistance has reached the international IP67 protection standard.

"Our surface treatment line can realize mixed production of multiple varieties, and automatically switch process parameters through an intelligent identification system. The minimum order quantity can be flexibly adjusted, which enables us to maintain competitiveness in both small-batch customization and large-batch production," said the production director of Dongji Intelligent. The company's recently expanded intelligent base with additional investment will further increase the surface treatment capacity, and it is expected to process more than 3,000 sheet metal parts per day after reaching full production.
